Your Journey IY1 Law enables international students to complete their first year of LLB Law studies at UBIC before progressing to the second year at the School of Law, Faculty of Management, Law, and Social Sciences It is designed to provide tailored support to students, enhance their English language skills, and align subject-specific modules with the LLB

Law curriculum with the following modules:

English for Academic Purposes

Legal Systems – Sources and Institutions

Law of Tort Human Rights Law

Public Law

Contract Law Course 

The International Year One (IY1) is the equivalent to your first year of study at undergraduate level. After successfully completing the International Year One pathway at you will continue to the second year of your chosen degree at the University of Bradford

Entry Requirements

English Language Level Academic Qualifications

IELTS 5.5 with no less than 5.5 in each component

Two GCE A levels (grades A *– D) or Three GCE A levels (grades D – E)
